Reaching my goal.

Hello, my name is Shelby.
I'm 14, and a freshman.
This blog is all about my weight loss, and the journey along the way. (:
So, day 0!

I decided to make this blog so I could document my weight loss in the hopes of it helping me/motivating me.

Everyday, I will post..

  • What I did (exercise) 
  • What I ate (calorie count (trying to stick to 1,000 a day))
  • How I’m doing, and whats going on in my mind

 I will post before pictures after this, and few goals for myself, but for now I want to start with a little information.

 My name is Shelby, and I’m 14. I’ve always been a little big, or “thick” some people call it, but to me I’m fat. I don’t feel comfortable, and that holds me back from a lot of things my friends are doing. I don’t want to come home and cry anymore. I just want to be happy, and healthy. So, I have about 2 1/2 months till school is out and by then I want to be able to feel confident in a bathing suit around my friends. To help me get there, I set a few goals for myself. Like I said, I will post something about that later.
